Average headset
I was excited to get a Plantronics headset, reading about their typical quality they normally produce. I was sort of let down. On the plus side, it is not as uncomfortable as I have read in other reviews. Audio can be heard clearly through the earpiece. The 3.5mm jack fits but loosely into the Xbox controller. However the microphone was the problem. It is supposed to have some sort of noise-canceling feature built-in. But when I would speak into the microphone on Xbox Live, my friends claimed there was some static noise that could be heard. I verified this myself by recording a voice message to myself. I may have just gotten unlucky and received a dud, who knows? For $15, I figured it wouldn't hurt. I kind of wish I got those $15 back. Oh well.

excelent product
this thing is great, it's soft so it wont hurt your ears, sound comes in loud and cristal clear. would be better if it was wireless but i love it still. wouldn't trade it for any other headset.

The big one
This product is amazing. I find myself wearing it even if I have no one to talk to over the internet. It picks up sound from almost anywhere in the room; so make sure you don't have company over. The volume control on it is awsome and so is the feature that allows the user to turn it off with unplugging it from the control to talk to someone without everyone listening in. What a find.

Complete Garbage!
I was excited to have a new headset, especially from Plantronics. When I owned a regular xbox, I had the official Halo 2 headset by Plantronics, and it was the highest quality headset that I have ever owned. This earbud, however, is complete garbage! I am not exagerating when I say that it was broken after less than 30 minutes of use. What a waste of money.

The noise-El ruido
This product doesn't works. My friends just says to me: please turn off your microphone, nobody cant understand me anything. I prefer the original from xbox360. I wasted my money.

Amigos no se los recomiendo, la verdad, tiene muy buen sonido pero solo para escuchar para hablar es imposible, todos mis amigos me piden que lo apague porque es imposible escucharme ya que se escucha un ruido cuando nadie esta hablando. Fue una compra perdida.
