Good explanations of poses
This video is great at explaining the poses, even if you have never taken Yoga before. She keeps the new-agey stuff to a minimum and focuses on the poses themselves. I would suggest (as she does) to watch the video once all the way through, and then practice the poses. I had to stop after the first 1/2 hour the first time I did the poses, because I was pooped. After the second time, I was able to do the full hour of poses. Feel free to pause the video while you get your props and yourself in position.
